As a meditation teacher and mindful outdoor guide, I believe in taking a practical approach to being mindfully present by incorporating contemplative and nature-based moments into daily life to help stay present and feel grounded.
I completed the 160-hour Science of Mindful Awareness (SOMA) Meditation Teacher Training program offered by The Mindfulness Center. I’m also a certified Level 1 Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide, Tai Chi Easy™️Practice Leader, and Reiki 1 Practitioner.
Drawing from my experience as a strategic communication professional and educator, I’m curious about and eager to share various approaches for living a more mindful life and coming home to the natural world. In my free time, you can find me wandering the globe, gliding along the water in my kayak, meandering through the woods, and enjoying my backyard sit spot.
