About This Hike
Maegamiji, on the slopes of Mount Ishizuchi, is deeply spiritual and connected to mountain worship. The trail is steep but rewarding. The hike is about 5 km and takes 2–3 hours. We recommend this hike for its sacred mountain views and peaceful forest path.
