About This Hike
Kongofukuji, located on Sadasan at Cape Ashizuri, is the southernmost temple on the pilgrimage. It overlooks the Pacific Ocean and has a peaceful coastal setting. The hike is about 5 km and takes 2–3 hours. We recommend this hike for its ocean views and serene seaside atmosphere.
