About This Hike
Kanjizaiji, on Heijouzan in Ainan, is the oldest temple in Ehime Prefecture and marks the point where pilgrims enter the island’s western region. The hike here is about 4 km and takes 2 hours. We recommend this hike for its deep history and peaceful rural landscape.
